HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT I RECEIVED?
For exchange a gift, it should be do it at JLang Showroom & Atelier located in San José, Costa Rica.

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD?
Please go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to sign into your account and we\'ll send you a temporary password to that email address.
